The International Centre on Nursing Migration have shown in their study, Sustain and Retain in 2022 and Beyond, has said that before the pandemic there was a shortage of about 7 Million nurses and now during the pandemic that shortage has risen to 11 Million. These are alarming numbers that the State medical centers and healthcare service providers need to consider and address.
